Overview
The national flower of Ukraine has grown into a symbol of sovereignty and courage--the sunflower. I see it as a lovely symbol of victory over tyranny. Plant a Victory Garden this year, and support the innocent Ukrainian refugees who are suffering in this heart-breaking war. With your purchase of each sign, I am donating $5 to World Central Kitchen who, with partners, is operating food kitchens in the Ukrainian refugee centers of Poland and elsewhere. Hot meals are a great comfort to those who are displaced, shocked and fearing for their home. WCK is lead by Chef Jose Andres, someone who I have admired for his social missions. Your order ships from my studio in Portland, Oregon using the U.S. Postal Service. Rates are determined by weight. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.
